Anu (Baby Zeeba) and Chanti (Master Anand Vardhan) are childhood friends at Araku Valley. Anu is a daughter of a wealthy government official and Chanti is the son of a poor widow. Anu leaves Chanti at the age of 8 when her parents shift to Vizag. Later on Chanti loses his mother. Mohan Rao (Chandra Mohan) gets hold of Chanti renames him as Venu and adapts him.

Anu (Reema Sen) and Venu (Uday Kiran) grows up at their respective places. Anu finishes her higher studies in Malaysia and returns. Venu does also single-mindedly waits for Anu. Anu starts writing a serial named 'Manasanta Nuvve', which contains her live story, in Swaty magazine hoping that Chanti would read it comes back to her. But she keeps her pen name as Renu, so that her anonymity could be protected (in the serial the heroine's name is Anu and hero's name is Chanti).

The rest of the film is about how Venu aka Chanti and Renu aka Anu would get united at the end.

well....MANASANTHA NUVVE is a remake of d old hindi film ANMOL GHADI (meaning precious watch). I am not sure whether MN got remade in tamil (coz i watched a tamil song wid d same tune of d song CHEPPANAA PREMA), but it was remade in bollywood by d name JEENA SIRF MERE LIYE.




In dis movie, uday luks lyk an angel (he developed his complexion n flesh and luked more cute). His character also seems 2 b of an angels; as he wl b adopted by a couple 4 helping dem 2 get their lost property, gets ready 2 sacrifice his love 4 d sake of his sister's marriage (though he was responsible unknowingly 4 d consequences pertaining 2 his sisz marriage).

hmmm i guess sequel can be made to this movie....it would be nice.....that much strength is with the subject.....
generally in almost every movie there would be some scenes which cant be enjoyed by either family or youth or any other section...but in this movie each and every scene,dialogue can be enjoyed by every one....
these type of pictures rarely happen and will be remembered forever....
